Cashback Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Frank ("Frank," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation. By using Frank's website, platform, or services (the "Services"), you ("you," "your," or "Borrower") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Frank Does
Frank helps borrowers explore and connect with financing options. Frank works with lenders, brokers, and funding partners to help match you with potential financing based on the information you provide.
Frank is not a lender. Frank does not make loans or provide credit. Frank is an intermediary that helps connect borrowers with third-party lenders and funding partners. Any loan, advance, or financing is provided solely by the third party, on that party's own terms.
2. No Guarantee of Funding
Frank does not guarantee that you will be approved for, offered, or receive any financing. Approval, terms, amounts, and timing are determined entirely by third-party lenders and funding partners, and depend on factors outside Frank's control. Using the Services does not create any promise or assurance of funding.
3. Fees
Where financing is arranged through Frank, Frank earns a fee in connection with that financing. Frank's fee is variable and may range from 0.5% to 12% of the relevant financing amount. The exact fee depends on the specifics of your financing and what Frank is paid by the lender or funding partner.
We will let you know the applicable fee that relates to your financing.
4. 50% Fee Rebate (Cashback)
Frank offers to return 50% of Frank's fee back to the borrower. The rebate is calculated as 50% of the fee Frank actually receives in connection with your financing.
When it's paid: The rebate becomes payable only after Frank has been paid its fee by the lender or funding partner. We cannot issue a rebate on a fee we have not yet received.
Amount: Because Frank's fee is variable (0.5% to 12%), the rebate amount will vary accordingly. The rebate is always 50% of the fee Frank is actually paid in your specific transaction.
Eligibility: The rebate applies only where Frank has received a fee. If Frank is not paid a fee, no rebate is due. We may require valid payment details from you to issue the rebate.
5. Your Information and Privacy
To use the Services you may provide personal and financial information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
We do not sell your data. Frank does not sell your personal information to any third party.
You can delete your information. You may request deletion of your information at any time, and you can delete it yourself through the available options in the Services. Once deleted, we may be unable to continue providing the Services to you.
Sharing to provide the Service: To help connect you with financing, we may share relevant information with lenders and funding partners you choose to engage with. This sharing is to provide the Service you request, not a sale of your data.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to review any financing terms offered by a third party before accepting them, and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Any agreement you enter into with a lender or funding partner is between you and that party.
7. No Financial or Legal Advice
Frank provides a connection and facilitation service only. Nothing in the Services is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frank is not liable for the acts, omissions, terms, or decisions of any third-party lender or funding partner, or for any outcome of any financing. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
